These units can only be assembled in the Scrapyard. Instead of costing resources like most units, they require items from your inventory.

Foot SoldiersEdit

While utilizing various sorts of weaponry, these Units plod along the Wasteland in an effort to overcome and take control of this barren terrain.

Melee Foot SoldiersEdit

Melee Troops generally fight from a relatively close distance. The stronger ones, though slow, excel at being able to absorb fire for the weaker, faster Troops or for Ranged Troops.
T1-10 Scrapyard Footsoldiers - Melee

Scrapyard Melee Foot Soldiers (Tiers 1-10)

  • Prototype Firefly (Tier 4): The Firefly is equipped with a flamethrower that ignores armor and is well suited to killing mutant structures.
  • Striker (Tier 4): Strikers are faster but less tough melee units.
  • Chain Ganger (Tier 5): Chain Gangers are fast units with no armor but massive HP that cut through all armor by their chainsaws (same job as tier 8 unit Destroyer)
  • Knife Fighter (Tier 5): Knife fighters are fast melee units that trade ranged weapons for armor.
  • Arsonist (Tier 6): Arsonists are powerful short range units with napalm weaponry that ignites buildings on fire!
  • Chainsaw Templar (Tier 6): Chainsaw Templars excel at soaking up damage and dishing it right back.
  • Cryo Trooper (Tier 7): Cryo Troopers fire jets of super cooled gases that impact towers forming ice crystals which slows their rate of fire dramatically.
  • Prototype Pyro (Tier 7): Pyros use flame to bypass armor but have a short range.

Ranged Foot SoldiersEdit

Though weak, Ranged Troops excel at speed and being able to hit targets that are unable to return fire because the Troops are out of the target's range. Despite this, it is best to send in some stronger Melee Troops ahead of them to absorb the majority of the fire power as the Ranged Troops pluck off the targets one by one from a safer distance.
T1-10 Scrapyard Footsoldiers - Ranged

Scrapyard Ranged Foot Soldiers (Tiers 1-10)

Ground VehiclesEdit

Eventually the Foot Soldiers would amass enough material to begin building vehicles for quicker transport and in aiding more successful attacks on their foes... Progress moves forward in Tier 2!

Armored VehiclesEdit

T1-10 Scrapyard Armored Ground Vehicles

Scrapyard Armored Ground Vehicles (Tiers 2-10)

Whether the armor is light, medium or heavy, having these vehicles at your disposal may prove to be an asset to anyone hoping to conquer the Wasteland. They burn up the roadways in Tier 2.

  • Corsair (Tier 5): The Corsair is fast but tough. It rips though buildings and troops with its powerful drill.

TanksEdit

T1-10 Scrapyard Tanks

Scrapyard Armored Tanks (Tiers 4-10)

These Tanks, debuting in Tier 4, excel at soaking up damage from multiple sources and are good for screening your troops. They have 0 damage power (Except for the glory tank which has a damage of 605), but are heavily armored and have extremely high health. Taking hits is about all they are good for. They can, however, complete the destruction of a structure only after it has already been partially damaged by other Units. They are named as follows:
  • Sharma Tank (Tier 4)
  • Austria Tank (Tier 8)
  • Vayner Tank (Tier 10)
  • Glory Tank (Tier 10): The Glory Tank is a long range tank with high armor. It briefly stuns whatever it hits with it's Glory cannons.

COMPARISON: Big Time Bombers vs. Glory Tank...

Unsure of which category these should be listed under. These can only be found in the Scrapyard if you are in the "Show All" Tab. Although Artillery Strike can also be found under the "Units" Tab, it's not really a unit, so not sure we should move it just yet. - Deantwo (Talk, Blog) 16:51, July 16, 2012 (UTC)

NOTE: The T10 Glory Tank, introduced to the lineup on 10 Jan 2013, is the first Tank in the game that actually has damage power... and pretty good damage power, at that. Judging by the stats, it appears to be a very good compliment to the aerial unit, the Big Time Bomber. In some ways the Glory Tank may be a better option (see Comparison Chart below)... but the cost of 125 Gold Nugget's to complete seems more than a tad steep!

Auxiliary UnitsEdit

In the Scrapyard these Highly Specialized Units are listed as Buildings... The only thing that makes sense is that, in order to make the Defensive Units available to you, you first have to have two Special Structures already built on your colony: The Ash Bear Embassy and the Uplink Transmitter. While these structures appear to be "useless", they truly are not... But, shhh, it's a secret! Currently there are only two of these available in the Scrapyard. There is, however, a series of Defensive Auxiliary Units, each one stronger than it's predecessor... but you have to play in Clan Battles to be rewarded with the more advanced Colony Defenders.

Defensive Auxiliary UnitsEdit

Scrapyard Specialized Defensive Units (Tiers 1-10)

Scrapyard Defensive Auxiliary Units (Tiers 7-9)

Parading in without warning, many of the higher tier'd players awoke to something very strange happening when attacking PvP Colonies that they had pummeled quite easily the night before. This time their units were under fierce attack with no way out. In less than a few minutes their entire force was wiped off the map! There was a huge buzz all over the Wasteland, "Who could it be?"... Well, congratulations to those Tier 7 or higher! You have just been properly (and quite rudely, I might add) introduced to the new defenders of our colonies! The game will never be the same again!

Defensive Auxiliary Units Scrapyard AssemblyEdit

Unit Components (Items)
Ash Bear Hunting Party (Tier 7) 10 Bowling Balls, 10 Kitchen Knives, 20 Straw, 30 Stone Blocks

Offensive Auxiliary UnitsEdit

T7 Artillery Strike

Scrapyard Offensive Auxiliary Unit "Artillery Strike" (Tier 7)

Along with the colony defenders comes something to even the odds. Fire one of these off to aid in leveling the playing field against the new colony defenders! Currently there is only one of these available in the Scrapyard. There is, however, a series of Offensive Auxiliary Units, each one stronger than it's predecessor... but you have to play in Clan Battles to be rewarded with the more powerful Strikes.
  • Artillery Strike (Tier 7): Used in attacks, artillery shells can be fired before the Troops go in.

Advanced Power UnitsEdit

Scrapyard AP Bio, Nuke and Solar Units (Tier 11)

Scrapyard AP Bio, Nuke and Solar Units (Tier 11)

Advanced Power is changing the way we play the game. Once you level your Town Hall to Tier 10 and complete all Tier 10 Tech Researches, there are three types to choose from... Choose wisely because, once the choice is made, there is presently no way to change your mind and alternate to one of the other two.
